How early can I begin sending mail or packages to my student for the academic year?
We ask that you refrain from shipping mail or other items to your student earlier than two weeks prior to his/her arrival on campus.

Where is the post office located on campus?
Mail Services is located on the first floor of the Benson University Center.

Do students keep the same mailbox all four years?
Yes, unless the student moves off campus for senior year. If a student moves off campus, they are required to notify Mail Services so the box can be freed up for another student. If they wish to keep the same box after moving off campus, the cost is $60 per year.

How can my student get their mail forwarded during the summer?
If your student has a package that has been delivered to Mail Services and would like to have it forwarded or would like to have all of their mail forwarded, please have them complete the Mail Forwarding form.

How can I send flowers to my student’s residence hall?
All student floral deliveries must go through Wake Forest Mail Services on campus because residence halls are locked to non-students. When a delivery is made to Mail Services, Mail Services staff will email the student alerting them that they have a floral arrangement to pick up. When parents order from a florist, use the address format listed above.
